The vast majority of products available at 300zx tuner are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a RMA Return Merchandise  Authorization within 30 days of receipt of the product. All items must have an RMA and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.All electronic products, such as radar detectors and engine programmers, require a 15% re stocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.

300zx tuner does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.all items have a 15 - 20% re stocking fee. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part. 300zx tuner will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will 300zx tuner reimburse for any damages incurred during installation of product. Orders placed using PayPal  must have correct address listed on paypal. 300zx tuner will not refund shipping for any reason after order has been shipped

Return procedure

All return items require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). To get an RMA#, log in to 300zx tuner to request an RMA #or email us . We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RMA#. Shipments received without a valid RMA# clearly posted on the outside of the box will not be excepted. 300zx tuner is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RMA#) on or in the box.

Defective items

If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. To get a shipping label and a valid RMA#, see our full return procedure above. Once you've received the label and the RMA#, ship the defective item as instructed by your customer care specialist. Once we've confirmed the package is in transit we'll ship you a replacement or credit your account.

Restocking Fees

A 15%-20% restocking fee also applies to the following: Orders placed for the incorrect model year of your vehicle or any returns may be charged. Because manufacturers are constantly changing vehicle designs, we do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle and vice versa. Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle (for example, a 2006 model car cover ordered for a 2007 vehicle) is done at your own risk and will incur a re stocking fee if returned.


All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:  The item(s) must be returned in a new condition  All items returned for a refund or exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition. This includes all installation hardware, instructions, packaging and paperwork. The returned package must be clearly labeled with a proper Return Authorization Number (RMA#)  Items returned without an RA# clearly displayed on the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee. For more information on how to obtain an RA#, see returns above. The original credit card used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.


Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions as items returned to 300zx tuner for a refund. Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included. Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order. If you request a replacement, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. A re stocking fee may apply to certain products. Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RMA#) will be returned . Log in to your Order Status Page to begin the return process and receive your RMA#.

Non-returnable Products

Most of the items available at 300zxtuner may be returned for full or partial credit. However, some items for your specific vehicle are not returnable. In the case of defect or our error, these items may be returned for full or partial credit, depending on the circumstances. The vast majority of our customers are extremely happy with their items and never need to return them.

Holiday Returns

During the holiday season, 300zx tuner may require longer to process returns As with any of our returns, items must be in an unused, new condition and include original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund. All other standard return policies/procedures apply.

Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments

 All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargeback's, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.


In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder. Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Back ordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.
